What began with an official press launch in May has developed into a youth-impact campaign, with school tours, donations and mentorship engagements setting the stage for The VL Exposure 2026 in October.

Ghanaian entrepreneur and humanitarian Victoria Lebene Osafo-Nkansah is steadily building momentum towards The VL Exposure 2026, as the initiative continues to take its message of purpose, mindset transformation and youth empowerment directly to young people.

The journey officially began on May 26, 2026, when The VL Exposure 2026 was launched at the Accra AI Community Centre.

The press launch introduced this year’s vision and set in motion a series of activities leading to the main event, which will be held under the theme “Catalyst for Change” and the topic “A New Generation, A New Mindset.”

But rather than limiting the initiative to a one-day gathering, Victoria Lebene and the Lebenam Foundation have since taken the campaign into schools through what organisers describe as the Mindset Shifting School Tour.

The outreach has created opportunities to interact directly with students, share messages centred on purpose and personal development, and encourage young people to recognise the role they can play in shaping their own futures.

The initiative has also incorporated donations and the presentation of items to students, extending its impact beyond motivational conversations.

One of the significant moments on the journey saw Victoria Lebene return to her alma mater in Sekondi-Takoradi, this time not simply as a former student, but to share her experiences with the younger generation and give back to the institution that formed part of her own story.

During the visit, she interacted with students, encouraged them to develop the right mindset towards their future and presented items as part of the outreach.

For the organisers, these engagements represent the heart of The VL Exposure — taking the vision directly to young people before bringing them together for the main experience.

“Every school visited, every conversation held, every life impacted, every partnership formed is another step toward building A New Generation. A New Mindset.”

With the school engagements already setting the tone, attention will now turn to The VL Exposure 2026 main event on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the CEDI Auditorium, University of Ghana, Legon, Accra.

Convened by Victoria Lebene Osafo-Nkansah, the event will climax months of activities built around encouraging young people to “Be the Spark, Fuel Change and Shape the Future.”

From a press launch in May to classrooms and student engagements, the road to October 24 is already demonstrating what The VL Exposure intends to represent: not merely another youth event, but a deliberate effort to build a new generation with a new mindset.
