Following the viral intimate video involving Kumawood actor Oteele, his wife has taken to social media to express her anger and frustration over the controversy.

In a video shared on X and sighted by GhanaWeb on August 15, 2026, Gifty Nana Afriyie made a series of remarks about the incident that have sparked reactions online.

According to Oteele’s wife, she is unhappy with claims from some netizens and the actor himself that she may have had a hand in leaking the video.

She strongly denied any involvement.

“You connived with whoever posted the video and even got added to their Telegram channel. Yet you sit somewhere and accuse me of being behind it. I don’t want to curse you. You know I have a lot of evidence, and if I decide to reveal certain secrets about you, I will. So don’t push me. Cease fire because you know me,” she said.

Gifty Nana Afriyie, however, accused the actor of allegedly having romantic relationships with several women outside their marriage.

According to her, Oteele had gone as far as saving the contact of one of the women under the name “Coconut Tree.”

“When your family rejected you, and I was taking care of you during your health challenges, where were Coconut Tree, Spendylove and Amanda? Even when your phone rings and I bring it to you, you become uncomfortable,” she alleged.

She further warned the actor not to provoke her, claiming she possesses evidence that could expose more details about his private life.

“Don’t bring yourself, and don’t push me because the next thing that will leak may come with chats. Because of you, I had to sack all my apprentices because you always wanted to have relationships with them,” she stated.

The actor’s wife also alleged that Oteele has been upset with her since the release of the intimate video.

“Before you came on live television yesterday to apologise to Ghanaians, you didn’t even speak to me. Yet you are angry with me over something you did yourself,” she added.
