As a young boy I ended up living with my grandmother and her then husband. These two individuals truly were the most impactful individuals on my life and although they are no longer with us, I hold them in high esteem, left with memories of them and their picture together on proud display on my mantle piece. I don’t know how my grandma would have managed raising my mum and uncle alone had it not been the man who married her. Thé lovely man I proudly call my grandpa. From totally different tribes and yet he took me as his own. To my fellow guys out there, don't take on such generalised negative advice.
