You must forgive each other UNCONDITIONALLY (in other words when you forgive someone it is not dependent on their acknowledgement of guilt)
In RECONCILIATION: this demands the active cooperation of all the parties concerned. There must be active SINCERE participation by all sides if RECONCILIATION IS TO BE ACHIEVED AND TRUST REBUILT. THIS TAKES TIME AND PATIENCE AND THE PRIVATE CONFESSION OF THE SIN OF PRIDEFULNESS, EGOTISM AND SELF-AGGRANDISEMENT BEFORE THE LORD BEFORE APPROACHING THE OTHER PARTIES. Remember that you should ask the blessings and grace of your Heavenly Father before commencing any such reconciliatory gestures. Sometimes frank calm discussions in a spirit of humility, in a non-accusatory manner or tone is necessary to get the ball rolling.
May the God of Heaven bless your efforts and grant you the peace of mind as you all obey His commands and sincerely and humbly make peace.
