Ghanaian Filmmaker and actor Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win, has vowed never to work with fellow actor Van Vicker again after allegedly turning down a role just a day before a scheduled movie shoot.

Speaking in a video shared on social media, Lil Win indicated that he would no longer approach Van Vicker to employ his services or cast him in any movie.

He added that if there is a movie in which both of them have been cast, he would not shoot the movie.

According to him, either Van Vicker alone shoots the movie or he, Lil Win, shoots it alone, as he would not want to be on set with Van Vicker.

Lil Win explained that Van Vicker does not respect stakeholders in the Kumawood industry, accusing him of repeatedly failing to respond to calls when he is expected on set.

“I would never cast you in a movie again. Even if there’s a movie and they are casting both of us, I wouldn’t shoot that movie. It’s either you cast the movie alone or I cast it alone. I wouldn’t want to work with you again. Enough is enough.

“You don’t respect the Kumawood industry. A day before we are scheduled to shoot a movie, when we call you, you don’t answer your calls. I have called you multiple times, but you don’t answer or return the calls to explain why you couldn’t come for the shoot,” Lil Win stated.

Lil Win noted that there are many other talented actors in the industry he can work with.

He stressed that Van Vicker rejected him the first time he wanted to cast him, but out of love and respect, he invited him for a second project, which Van Vicker allegedly rejected again.

He said he would not allow the situation to happen for a third time.

Lil Win further revealed that his manager had cast Van Vicker in his upcoming movie, but he has since taken his name out of the cast because, according to him, Van Vicker is not bigger than anyone else on the cast list.

“It would not happen for the third time. Frank had cast you in my upcoming movie, but I have taken your name out. I will never use you again because, for the work we are about to do, you are not bigger than anyone on the cast list,” Lil Win noted.
