Reality TV star Porsha Williams has secured a seven-figure divorce settlement from her ex-husband, Simon Guobadia, including their former Atlanta mansion and a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Porsha told a judge that Simon transferred his interest in the Atlanta mansion they once shared to her through a quitclaim deed.

Under their settlement agreement, Simon also acknowledged that Porsha is entitled to $1,568,181.63 in reimbursement from his share of the property’s equity. He further agreed to transfer the title of a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost to Porsha.

The agreement also gives Porsha full authority to refinance the home or sell it in a commercially reasonable manner without requiring Simon or an arbitrator to be involved.

The court documents state that Porsha and Simon confirmed the terms of their settlement under oath during an August 5 hearing, telling the judge that the agreement had resolved all of the remaining issues between them.

In her court filing, Porsha also pointed out that Simon had already agreed to the terms of the consent order.

Porsha and Simon got married in November 2022, but their marriage lasted only about 15 months before Porsha filed for divorce in February 2024.

With the settlement now addressing their remaining disputes, Porsha is set to walk away with the Atlanta property, more than $1.5 million in reimbursement from its equity, a Rolls-Royce Ghost, and other money Simon agreed to pay under their agreement.
