'If he sees me as an enemy, that's his problem' – Fancy Gadam's ex-wife

Queen Meela, the ex-wife of Ghanaian musician Fancy Gadam, has accused the singer of contributing to online attacks against her, alleging that the musician’s actions contradict his earlier claim that their separation does not make them enemies.

Speaking in a video shared on social media, Queen Meela alleged that his current actions suggest otherwise, claiming that Fancy has been reposting videos where people insult and criticise her.

She explained that while she personally does not consider Fancy Gadam an enemy because he is the father of her child, she believes his decision to amplify negative comments about her is his own choice.

“When he came online to say we were no more, he said we are not enemies because we have a child. Yes, me, I will never see him as an enemy because he’s my child’s father. If he sees me as an enemy, reposting every video that people talk shit of me, call me all sorts of names, forgetting whatever that we both have been through or I have sacrificed for him, that’s his own problem.

“I’m not here to come and talk about what I have done or what I have not done. I don’t have time for that,” she said.

'My marriage is over' - Fancy Gadam confirms divorce

Earlier this year, Fancy Gadam confirmed that he and Queen Meela were no longer together, explaining that they had separated and that he was no longer married.

“I am not married anymore; I am single. I have seen people asking why my wife was not there and why she was not promoting the program. We are no more,” he said.

The musician, however, clarified that their separation had not created any hostility between them, dismissing speculations that there is bad blood between the two.

Fancy Gadam said they will continue to maintain a peaceful relationship because they share a child.

“We are no more, but we have a child together, and there is no problem between us,” he added.
