Maame Serwaa, the wife of Ghanaian actor and musician Kwadwo Nkansah, popularly known as LilWin, has opened up about how she deals with the constant criticism and controversies surrounding her husband on social media.

According to her, negative comments about the actor do not affect her because she knows the kind of person he is beyond what is portrayed online.

Speaking in an interview shared on social media on August 2, 2026, Maame Serwaa stated that she has learned not to take social media conversations about her husband seriously.

"It doesn't bother me because my husband is a social media person and people will talk about him no matter what. Those talking about him and trolling him on social media don't know him better than I do," she said.

She explained that many social media users form opinions about public figures without having any personal interaction with them.

Despite the online backlash, she insists she remains unshaken and chooses to focus on the man she knows rather than opinions expressed by strangers on the internet.

"I don't take any social media controversy seriously. Anyone can just pick up their phone and type what they want, whether they've met the person before or not, so it doesn't bother me," she added.
