This is how Ghanaian politicians behave. If they cite them for contempt and go to jail, they will turn the whole thing into politics. I wish someone cite them for contempt.

GHANA'S LEGAL SYSTEM IS AN ASS
Does Ghana's legal system understand the organisation of a funeral? I am doubtful the interpreters of our laws know anything about preparations for a funeral. Because if they did, the courts would not entertain and rule on suits about a funeral just a day or two before the event! Unless the laws expect parties to ignore the rulings so that they could be accused of contempt of court!
There was a similar situation only a couple of months ago, so it is hard to understand why the authorities allowed this one too to unfold. The lawyers and judges are supposed to know about precedents, but it appears they don't! That is the reason everybody thinks that the Ghanaian law system is an ass! We never learn from precedents!
