We really have a very low IQ as a nation. we build anyhow, we dumb refuse anyhow, our so called leaders come and steal anyhow, we record corruption anyhow-the auditor general comes, says it but retrieves no money whilst the culprits walk fee, our judiciary is so poor with bad judges and lawyers that a case can roll on for years and years- i mean we are so incompetent as a nation is like a bad dream - A corrupt finance minister can just take a plane and run out of the country in connivance with friends and leaders of the opposition party when they should know better etc etc etc. We really have a serious problem.
