English professional football coach and former Chelsea captain John Terry has sent a heartfelt congratulatory message to Ghanaian actor and football administrator Yaw Dabo following the launch of the Dabo Soccer Academy.

In a video shared on social media on July 9, 2026, the English football legend wished Yaw Dabo and his academy success, while encouraging the young players to remain disciplined and work hard.

Addressing the actor by his first name, Samuel, John Terry expressed his excitement about the initiative and said he hopes to visit Ghana in the future.

"Hi Samuel, my friend. It's John Terry here. I just wanted to wish Samuel and his new soccer academy, the Dabo Soccer Academy, all the very best," he said.
