Ghanaian musician Black Sherif has opened up about his views on marriage and relationships, making it clear that love will be the deciding factor when he eventually settles down.

Speaking in a resurfaced interview, he addressed questions surrounding his love life and future marriage plans.

When asked whether he would marry a Muslim or a Christian, Black Sherif explained that religion would not determine his choice of partner.

According to him, he will marry whoever he truly loves, stressing that the decision is “non-negotiable” regardless of the person’s religious background.

“I’m marrying who I love. You understand, trust me that’s like, non negotiable whether Christian or a Muslim,” he said.

The interviewer further questioned when he expects to take that big step, but the musician admitted that he does not have a timeline for marriage at the moment.

Black Sherif stated that only God knows when the right time will come, adding that he believes marriage will happen naturally when the moment is right.

“But say when I dey marry, that question ask me later. For now e dey my maker ein hand,” he added

For now, the musician maintains that while he may not know when he will marry, one thing remains certain, love will guide his choice.
