Ghanaian musician Kojo Black has opened up about the meaning behind his popular adlib, “Ke osumo Dragon,” explaining that it represents his strength and intensity as an artiste.
Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM, the singer said the phrase was inspired by the popular belief that dragons spit fire whenever they breathe.
According to Kojo Black, he relates that imagery to his music career because he believes he also “spits fire” anytime he releases a song or performs on stage.

He explained that the slogan symbolizes his lyrical ability, energy, and confidence as a performer, which is why fans often hear it in his songs.
“We know dragons for spitting fire, and that’s what I'm known for, that's why I say ‘ke osumo dragon, make I give you for non stop’ that is the meaning,” he explained
The musician stressed that the adlib carries a positive meaning and should not be interpreted negatively.
