Idiot. Instead of running your mouth about entertainment and phone calls, you rather should be asking the authorities to improve the overcrowded conditions in inmates' sleeping quarters since those conditions only serve to breed diseases, diseases that some inmates eventually bring out into society with them when they finally are released from incarceration. Inmates should be provided the opportunity for skills training, not easy access to phone privileges or entertai8nment. They're not in prison to enjoy entertainment but rather to learn a skill, if available, and to suffer some lack of freedom as payment for the crimes they committed.
It is standard practice to monitor calls by inmates due to risks associated doing otherwise.
