Legendary gospel musicians Jack Alolomi and Elder Mireku led mourners in praise and worship as hundreds gathered for the final funeral rites of Captain Frank Amoanyi Donkor and his younger brother, Elijah Ofori Donkor, who tragically lost their lives in a microlight aircraft crash in Tema.

The solemn ceremony, held at the forecourt of the State House on Saturday, March 28, 2026, drew family, friends, dignitaries, and members of the public who came to pay their last respects.

The atmosphere was filled with both grief and reverence, as the gospel icons lifted songs of hope and faith to comfort the bereaved family.

Captain Donkor, a seasoned pilot, and his brother Elijah died instantly when their microlight aircraft went down at Tema Community One on March 16, 2026.
