In recent weeks, conversations around potential World Cup anthems for Ghana have sparked debate among creatives, industry players, fans, and football lovers, with many weighing in on which tracks could best represent Ghana on the global stage.
Speaking in a recent interview on Angel FM, Stonebwoy named five songs he believes should represent the Black Stars.

His list included his own track “Jejereje” as well as Shatta Wale’s “Kakai.”
“If I am to choose any song for the World Cup, off head I’d choose my song ‘Jejereje’. I also have a World Cup song, so I’d choose that as well. I’d also choose DopeNation’s ‘Kakalika’, Shatta Wale’s ‘Kakai’, Sarkodie’s ‘Collection’, and add one female artiste; maybe Sista Afia,” he explained.
He added that this would be his selection if FIFA were to call on him for suggestions.
