Also, people should try planning well for their future, it's not that easy, but with hardwork and humility, at least one can implement something. The children we bring up will grow up with their own problems to take care of and so forth.

This is not something for public consumption. You don't help people to expect something in return, otherwise you didn't really help her as you say but it was an investment. If so, let them know from the start that you expect a favour back. Same way parents expect their children to take care of them because they raised them - you need to build the life that the child will use to sustain you in old age, so that he can also focus on caring for his own family. People just give birth to multiple children and turn their older kids into by force adults to take care of their siblings. This is not right, let children be children and you the adult know what you can afford and plan your family accordingly.
