The inferiority complex applies to all non-westerners not just Africans. "The best comes from the west" and "If it ain't white it ain't right" perception affects all non-whites. The other day I was saying in China there are University programs reserved for the best of the best students yet those students who didn't cut it but went to the West for education are deemed superior.
