This guy is just making the store up. USA police won't keep you in jail for more than 48 hours for mere motor traffic offense, unless they found drug in your car. Even with that, you shall be put before a Judge to decide your faith. Even driving without a license won't you land you in jail. They usually tow your car and process you for court. Maasa, this isn't motor traffic related offenses please. Kindly tell the public the truth than using u turn and speeding off from police when found violating motor traffic offense.
