It is simply not enough to call yourself a Christian, go to church regularly, talk like a Christian, walk like a Christian or even dance and sing like a Christian. WHAT COUNTS IS THAT BOTH PARTNERS ARE "GIVERS" RATHER THAN "TAKERS" AND BOTH HONOUR THE MARITAL BED AS GOD REQUIRES. There must never be any third party (person) allowed in the marriage even if only emotionally. So, a husband cannot have a close female friend other than the wife, and neither can the wife have a close male friend other than the husband.
