Defrauding by false pretence alone is a second degree felony punishable up to 25 years imprisonment. So that statement of disapportionate and excessive sentence of 15 years was unfortunate, looking at the criminal records of agradaa in Ghana. So, reducing the sentence down to 12 months (not even 5 years) is the worst miscarriage of justice ever in the history of Ghana, and a big insults to the victims and Ghanaians in general. If this "day time robbery" is not set off by the attorney general department, then everyone should be rest assured that this miscarriage of justice is politically motivated, and there could be no one better person behind this than John Dramani Mahama. God is watching from a distance, and no secret will elude His watch!!!! It's a big shame!!!!.
