  See, I hate insulting, but if you really used the brain, you should have noticed that, if Edem, (being a top-rated musician) wanted to join the 'bandwagon', he would have composed songs for and promoted NDC on platforms during the campaigns, like 'Obour' did.

  A Green Card grants permanent residency; it is not the same as citizenship. In Ghana, we do not really have an exact equivalent—perhaps the passport is the closest comparison. That said, one should reflect on whether a Ghanaian passport is truly necessary for his situation - he does not need it at all. It seems the ministry may be making a subtle effort to recruit him in support of Ghana's tourism industry. Personally, I relinquished my Ghanaian passport a long time ago.

  Those who are granted USA green cards based on artistic talent first have to apply for the card and undergo an investigation and and an interview to determine eligibility. There's therefor no comparison to with Ghana's practice of handing a visiting USA Tik Toker with a Ghana passport under the guise that the person is promoting Ghana in their social media activities. Apparently, Ghana now has a Tik Tok Foreign Minister, dishing out passports just like his predecessor did in freely handing out diplomatic passports to Ghana corrupt tithe-fleecing quack pastors.
