  The judge goofed big time. She should have done her home work properly to avoid this disgrace. You can never find the signatures of the couple on a German, USA, Canada etc marriage certificate. It is only the registrar that signs the certificate. Unlike Ghana, where the documents the couple and witnesses sign becomes your marriage certificate, in the Western world you submit those documents to the City Hall/Registry and the Registrar will review, issue and sign a one page marriage certificate to you. So to want to find the couple's signatures on a German Marriage Certificate is very "DUMB".

  Where were Odo Broni’s parents and family all these years? How does a woman publicly live with a man, have six children for him, and yet fail to secure even the most basic form of legal or traditional recognition? That is a serious failure, both personal and familial.
  
  For almost two decades, everyone knew Odo Broni only as the deceased man (Daddy Lumba's) wife. Now, out of nowhere after his demise, Akosua suddenly appears, and instantly there is confusion, conflict, and chaos over property. This situation didn’t happen overnight. It is the result of years of negligence, poor advice, and misplaced priorities.
