That so-called Fear and Panic Law is as useless as the quack prophecies flowing out of the mouths of quack pastors and self-anointed quack prophets. These religious liars may be spreading religious falsehood, but only a fool will believe what's coming out of the mouths of these religious prostitutes. No reasonable person will believe the fake prophecies that the quack prophets put out. They may be liars and religious clowns, but it's absurd for any government to conclude that their lies and circus clown acts amounts to criminal conduct. It will therefore be wrong to arrest or prosecute any quack pastor or quack prophet for acting like a religious circus clown, unless the Ghana government and its laws believe that Ghanaians are so dumb that they will believe in Ebo Noah's ark comedy or any religious clown claiming that the world will end by a certain date. It's pitiful to have a country with so many lawyers and yet see such meaningless laws on the law books. When was the last time the Police arrested members of some religious sects in Ghana who have for decades been going from house to house proclaiming that the world will end on a particular date, then that date comes and goes, and the same religious shamelessly appear at people's doors with a new end date for the world? As much as we may disagree with these religious sects coming to our houses and proclaiming that the world will end on a certain date, those religious don't deserve to be arrested or prosecuted. Ghana's law on spreading fear and panic was misused in arresting a person like Ebo Noah, and Ghanaians should not not condone the use of that useless law to arrest quack pastors and quack prophets for spreading religious lies.

I do not believe that quack pastors and quack prophets should be arrested for spitting out religious lies and deceptions. What is rather disturbing is the fact that the Ghana government will grant these religious tax exemption status while hard working men and women in Ghana toiling at markets on streets daily aren't accorded the same tax exemption privileges. Ghana loves to copy foreign practices blindly, never taking time to decide which foreign practices should be tweaked to suit the people of Ghana instead of just swallowing them whole. Spreading religious lies should never be a crime, as comical and blasphemous as those lies and deceptions may seem, for to do so would be an attempt to turn Ghana into a sharia law state. The question that Ghanaians need to ask the Police and court that prosecuted Ebo Noah for his ark antics is, "How many people can the Police and the court bring forward to attest that they believed in Ebo Noah's claim and that they were placed in fear of Ghana facing doom?". That Judge who heard Ebo Noah's case should have known that no reason person will believe what Ebo Noah is claiming, and that this therefore did not rise to the level criminal conduct. I don't care for for the lies coming out of the mouths of quack pastors and quack prophets, but I similarly stand against draconian laws used to arrest any quack pastor or quack prophet for making outlandish or religious claims. Ghana is often negatively impacted by the lies of thieving politicians, but no one present any evidence of a prophecies negatively impacting Ghana or its citizens.

These QUACK pastors try to use probability on people. Given the number of festivities , they believe something disastrous will happen but thank God nothing happened by His grace . IS like telling me an accident will happen today. Only a stupid person will not believe because everyday accident happens. Why is he not given a prophecy of prosperity that today somebody will win millions of Cedis? because the probability of that happening is slim. All they need is fame for people to flock to there churches so that they can rip them off.
