We have witnessed such instances where a boy from a different father brought up by his mother's second husband eventually turns out to be the bread winner of his mother's second husband. Sometimes your own biological children may not be able to help but a half brother can come in strongly to assist the whole family. If the woman were to go back she should let social welfare department come in to school the man. If anything happens to the boy again the law will deal with him. He can't continue to subject the innocent boy to such ungodly treatment.
