Unfortunately, this is the attitude of most Ghanaian employees. You knew what was happening was wrong, but you kept mute because you were benefitting. If he hadn't been caught, you'd still be enjoying the loot. Now you're only concerned about how you will survive if he's incarcerated from a long time, and not him. He deserves whatever happens to him and he will also learn that you were only there for the good times. You should not throw your accomplice under the bus. You are both thieves and I'm sure you would not like him to abandon you if you were in his shoes.

MOST REAL MILLIONAIRES IN THIS WORLD DID NOT INHERIT THEIR MONEY OR USE THEIR POSITIONS OF AUTHORITY TO AMASS WEALTH BUT RATHER THROUGH SHEER HARD WORK, TENACITY AND PATIENCE. THE HAD THE ABILITY TO LEARN FROM THEIR MISTAKES AND THIS IS WHAT GOT THEM TO THE TOP. ALONG THE WAY THEY LEARNED TO BE RESILIENT AND ADAPT TO CHANGING CIRCUMSTANCES.
BEING ADAPTABLE AND BEING ABLE TO OVERCOME ADVERSITY AND BEING TENACIOUS AND BEING ABLE TO PLAN STRATEGICALLY ARE ALL MORE IMPORTANT THAN HAVING RAW INTELLIGENCE BECAUSE THEY ARE WHAT WE CALL “SURVIVABILITY QUALITIES”. That is the attitude of most Ghanaians. You will spend your resources to open a business, employ them, and within a short time, they will steal from you and ruin your business. When they are caught, they will appeal to some chiefs to plead on their behalf. That is the reason why there is so much unemployment in the country. Ghanaians are so dishonest and corrupt.
