Meaning every one who wants to make a prophesy publicly must deposit an amount of one million cedis into a special accout to be set up by the government.
If the so-called prophesy comes to pass, the money is refunded to the individual who made the prophesy. On the other hand, if the prophesy does not pass, the amount is kept by the government as tax revenue!
As simple as that. The real benefit is to get rid of all these nonsesnse prophesies and a lasting peace of mind for Ghanaians.
