I don’t support fraudulent activities and criminals but when is Ghana going to make sure this colonial rules are beneficial to both countries..so when a Ghanaian commits crimes against a foreign country, that foreign country has every authority to come to Ghana to arrest that criminal and extradite him but when A Ghanaian commits crimes against Ghana, he can run away to any foreign country without any consequences..what kind of law is this? I need some explanation..this is like a slave master and it’s slave kid..the slave master has no authority to ask the master anything but the slave master can do whatever they wish to him..Who signed this extradition law? Why are so many Ghanaian politicians stolen money but they are hiding in this same foreign countries without consequences

It is about competency, knowing the law, and making sure that the case is admissible in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you don't present any case that is proven beyond all reasonable doubt, how do you expect the court to come to your aid? American can not just come to Ghana to cause an arrest without first collaborating with Ghana. They first send the statement of offence or the crime suspected to have been perpetrated , after years of investigations, for the attention of the government of Ghana and if it is convincing beyond doubt, then the two countries work together. A typical example is the NDC who are not winning cases because of incompetency and therefore decided that the only way to win cases is to sack the chief justice, and put NDC lawyers at all the courts. Lies and propaganda doesn't win cases. BY the way,how far have they gone with the agyapa deal?
