  The truth can never be hidden. I understand the empathy for the side chic who had six kids, but let's do the right as example for the younger generation so they would follow the right path in life. Lumba is married under the ordinance marriage and never married Odo Broni. 14 years old Odo Broni never got married to Lumba in 2010.

  To hell with your wrong accusation.. do u know better than the court..we should rather embrace odo Broni so that married women can take good care of their husbands..next time a woman is married, she won’t leave the husband for many years and later come to fight over properties..odo broni needs to be celebrated..marriage is not about certificate..

  How can someone's house become yours when you reside in it? What prevented Odo Broni from finding her own husband? Lumba married under the ordinance marriage, any other marriage is null and void.

Let’s see how the appeal will go at the end of the day. If Akosua Serwaa’s legal team produced an “EXTRACT” only what does that mean? The document produced in court is an extract of what? Is the judge saying the document is fake? Why didn’t the court seek clarification and verification from the German Embassy. Ghana’s legal system is fast deteriorating. After all the retired judge who wrongly remanded Abronye in custody and gave wrong and distorted quotations in open court has not only been recalled from retirement but also PROMOTED. GHANA IS SICK BACKWARD.

  Both women must put their grievances aside for now and bury the legend peacefully so that his soul will rest in peace. The marital issues can be resolved after the burial . Lumba was a legend and his memory shouldn’t be tarnished because of greed . Lumba is neither the first or last man to be live with more than one woman. The widow rites should be performed by both women in order to give the legend a dignified burial . The Will should solve who inherit his properties . Even the ex wife of Odartey Lamptey who cheated on her husband with a DNA proving that all the three children were not his children was awarded one of Odartey’s houses and a car after a court ruling . Why should Odo Broni not inherit anything after living with Lumba during his vulnerable state with six children? Both ladies deserve equal treatment.

  Why come down on the court? Papa Shee claims he personally obtained a copy of the marriage certificate from the German Embassy in Ghana and then had it processed through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The simple question remains, was that document officially certified by the German institution responsible for certifying marriage certificates? Had that document been certified, the court in Ghana would not have ruled against Serwaa. It makes no sense flashing a document in public without telling the listening public all the facts about that document. Why did Papa Shee not make his arguments through Serwaa's lawyer during the court proceeding?

Next time just don’t appeal, do your under ground work as well. I hate Akosua Serwaah for how he abandoned daddy when he was sick and needed her the most. But I equally hate Ofo Broni for that suspicious act of quickly conducting the autopsy on her own. According to the Lumba’s female lawyer, he called her to do something for him a few days before his death. My guess is that maybe there was some misunderstanding
  between the couples which caused llumba to attempt to make some changes in his WILL..So maybe Odo Broni played foul there before she could lose some properties..

  there was no where the defendant claimed that Akosua Serwaa did not marry Lumba,
  all that they were saying is you have deserted your Husband for 17years.
  if that is been established what it means is that
  The marriage collapsed on the grounds of desertions.
