Akosua Serwah's life is probably in danger because it is criminal for her to have allowed the government to provide medical assistance to Lumba if he wasn't married to her. She is required to provide evidence of his death etc to the system and if it turns out she was lying to the government, how do you think that is going to play out in Germany?

Ignorant Ghanaians think this is about properties. I am sure since she acquired those properties with Lumba, she doesn't even have to be the widow to receive her share of the properties.

The Judge ruled the case on Daddy Lumba's own testimony that he has two wives and even introduced Odo Broni to Nana Addo and President Mahama. The ruling is in Daddy Lumba's best interest as he loved Odo Broni and will be sad by now. For a Lawyer to challenge that peaceful ruling means the Lawyer is a big fool and unfit to be a Lawyer.

Absent of any application to annul the marriage done in Germany by the deceased, it means that we don’t have any evidence that the deceased wanted his first marriage annulled. We don’t depend on hearsay or what parties who might have a conflict of interest in this situation may say. We only depend on court documents and applications, if we are a serious land that is ruled by law.

Only an incompetent lawyer will go to court and try to offer into evidence a foreign marriage document that clearly had not been certified by the foreign authorities. You can appeal that decision, but you will certainly come out with empty hands an a bigger disappointment.

The lawyer is just working with you to get more money from you. The lawyer knows you're not going to win your nonsense appeal,but because he will get money from your case he is still willing to pushup for appeal. Madam you're a FOOL think twice.

The fact that you have a marriage certificate ( If even it's genuine) doesn't mean you can abandon your husband for 17 years. I mean who was taking care of him for all those years. The vows at the time of marriage says......for better or for worse, in sickness and in good health, in poorer or in riches. So did you perform any of these vows to him for 17 years? Were you there for him when he was suffering? Were you there when he needed someone to show him love and affection? Were you there when he needed someone to cook for him? Were you there when he needed someone to discuss issues, to give advice, to comfort and support him? Come on, don't be stupid madam. You can go to Supreme Court, or go to Ecowas Court, or go to International Court in Hague, you will still come out as a looser. You're just wasting your time and money and you're being preserved as a greedy, materialistic, gold digger, and an ugly idiot.
