  It does not make you friends till date but the videos proof that Maame Akosua Serwaah was at Lumba's mum's funeral and performed the necessary rites as a wife, contrary to what others are saying. I come in peace.

  She knew the woman sometime aga and can be allowed at the funeral. Look we see that ex wives or husbands attend their in laws funerals always but that does not mean anything.

  The deceased is someone they have know for a while so its normal that they attend the funeral.
  
  I do not see any judge in the world rule that Akosua Serwaah is Lumbas wife.
  
  Ah you take off for 18 good years till an opportune time arises then you surface. It'll not happen.
  
  There are some tribes in Ghana i am affiliated with which will not even look at her face and if she dares, death will start happening. The women in that tribe don't start such things.

  I agree with you in some part but the main issue at stake is that their marriage was dissolved so she is still the wife no matter how long they stayed apart.

  I blame Lumba for causing this mess because if he did not love Maame Akosua anymore, he could have divorced her and marry Odo Bronii, but so far as he did not divorce her, she is still the legally married wife of DL.
  
  With a valid certificate from ordinance marriage, I dont think any judge will rule against Maame Akosua Serwaah.
  
  This is really a good case for us to learn a lot about laws on maariage.

  A person can hold a Ghanaian passport but at the time of presenting it to a port of entry or exit, was it valid? The FACT is that at the time of presenting it, it had been revoked because that passport was subject to some conditions or had been revoked because the person acquired it illegally or by misrepresentation.
  
  You see, in matrimonial matters, the conduct of a person shows if a relationship exists or not. Particularly so is the voluntariness of relationships. The point is that someone cannot be forced into a relationship. In that same way, everybody can voluntarily exit a relationship. Serwaah exited her relationship by validly presenting drinks to DL's Abusua which is a valid way of divorcing someone in our culture.
  
  From that point she served notice that her marriage to DL is no more boss. She cannot be half married. You cannot be a footballer and claim that you will not jump. Hahahahahahaha.
  
  On top of all this, she abandoned the man for 18 good years.
  
  The fact and evidence is that the marriage was voluntarily exited by Serwaa both in her mind and her deeds.

  The law is not swayed by such arguments which are irrelevant as far as the present case is concerned. Even if Akosua Serwaa had previously not attended Daddy Lumba's mother's funeral it would not affect the final judgement in ...

  THE ONLY QUESTION THAT REALLY MATTERS AT THIS STAGE IS THIS: WAS AKOSUA SERWAA DADDY LUMBA'S LEGAL WIFE AT THE TIME OF HIS DEATH? THERE ARE TWO POSSIBLE ANSWERS - YES OR NO.
