If that so called marriage was witnessed by Daddy Lumba's friend instead of his family member, especially his biological blood sister, can that marriage considered to be valid in Asante culture?

Imagine, if Lumba was just an ordinary family member selling rags at the Tema station, would that useless abusuap have stayed in such an expensive hotel? This man was just staying there for a pleasure, ordering costly meals and drinks. He should dare not come to the funeral grounds on the funeral day.
