  Madame should include all this in her submissions. Perhaps she did but was not reported her.
  
  Most investors would want to see a thorough business case proposal with reasonable budgets. They also would want to see the return on investment well described with timelines. One cannot give you their hard earned money to produce your movie because they're your friends. That is a weak and entitled mindset.
