  What Nigel Gaisie is saying is that while the pastors are enjoying and enriching themselves from church proceedings, the rest of the members stay poor. There is not going to be a church without a good supporting band. Those instrumentalist constitute the band and part of the church. Are these band members being paid or given allowances or rather all donations, collections go to the pastor?.
