Bro., please divorce is not the way to go. I will appeal to you to do that only if you have found that she has been having affairs with other men at your back.
On your issue, please sit her down and find out what she used the money for; may be there is a way you can retrieve or recoup some of the money. But even if it is impossible to get some of the money back, it is painful but get rid of bitterness quickly and forgive her sincerely. Just consider it as a loss you have made in your business.
Going forward, call her in a meeting with some respectable family members, let them know how you are feeling because of the behaviour of your wife. Set boundaries and rules for financial discipline in the marriage. Since she is also working, both of you should contribute financial to build your future.
You can always start afresh. Good luck and I wish you peaceful and happy marriage.
