  Hmm.. Well I assume skills are a general and irrelevant task to complete.. Skill set vs ideologies and cultural innuendos.. Everyone wants to be like whites.. The so called finer things in life that's been propagated and expolited from birth that comes from whites.. Skills to deceive and rip people off financially. Skill to create and build furniture that cant be exported.. Skill in agriculture from locally grown items that also cant be exported without EU restrictions.. Govt says open economy with kids doing the most skilled labor selling on the streets.. I must beg to differ.. This is only the tip of the iceberg of unskilled govt not doing enough to help its people..
