  I got wedded to my sugar daddy and after staying with heim for a year I left for Germany and never returned.
  
  Five years later I was informed he had a chronic disease, and I returned his drink to his Abusuapanyin.
  
  Two years afterwards he passed and I came down for the funeral. I wanted to play the role of the Widow during the funeral because I am the wedded wife.
  
  His people want to reject me. Are they right rejectiing me from playing my lawful role as a widow?
  
  They don't want to add me to the funeral program let alone put me in as the Widow.
  
  What are your views please?

There has been many Instances in Europe and North America where some Africans I knew who did Marriage of convenience or contract marriagee just to get Residence permits.After getting the permanent Residence Permits, they were in seperation for years or decades but not officially divorce but they ended up inheriting all the belongings of the seperated partner and still collecting widow / widower pensions.This is Interpretion of the law. IT IS NOT UNUSUAL.

That’s some intelligent question that this block head lawyer cannot answer..personally as a man, i dont care if u are my legally married wife or not, if a different woman being it sidechick or any random woman treats me better than u as a wife, then it means that woman cares about me than u as a wife so basically that woman will be my most treasured..this court marriages with some fake certificates is making some woman greedy..

  This whole Daddy Lumba issue is just like my late grandfather’s issue..my grandpa married 3 wives..the first wife was my grandmother..they married traditionally without any fake certificates, he married a second wife traditional without any fake marriage certificate and then the last one who was the youngest, she was the one that was married through court system and had some marriage certificate..so my question is simple, u mean just because she married the youngest wife with a certificate, so the remaining two wives should be abandoned? When he passed away, all the 3 wives came together and had a joint funeral for him..nobody even witnessed that they were different wives..after his burial, all his properties were shared fairly based on how he started life with u..they didn’t say only certificate wife deserves to be a widow..it brought peace and up to date, everyone is living in peace..my grandfather and grandmother were married for more than 35years yet she didn’t say other wives should be neglected just because she is the first wife.nope..they all came together and had understanding even tough when my grandpa was going to school, it was my grandma who supprorted him until he became successful but she didn’t fight over any properties or say she should be the only wife..sometimes maturity and understanding solves a lot of problems..my grandpa who is my mentor was a well educated and wealthy man..the 3 wives buried him peacefully without any commotion..let The legendary DL has some peace..this is a disgrace to Lumba legacy..it’s not only Lumba who had two women and other children in his life..this whole thing is disgracing DL and all the legacies he left behind..come on

Judging from your Kwaku Ananse fairy tale, legally , the third wife who didnt want to drag the whole thing to court could have done so with absence of a last will and testament or legally reserved the right to claim all your Grandpa properties You didnt tell us if your gramdpa died interstate ( without a Will). Had the third wife sent to court, it would have been interpreted different.Cheers!

  In Germany legally married couples l file their Tax returns together so if Charles kwadwo fosu name is not on Akosua Serwaa Tax returns for the last 3years, what it means is that they are not legally bound as couple.
