There probably are more victims, but they're either too embarrassed to come out publicly with their experiences, or just feel that nothing can be done if they complained. That event, as huge as it turned to be, was bound to attract an element of opportunistic criminals and thugs. I wonder how many Police officers were assigned to that huge event. The Police have announced ahead of Lumba's funeral that they plan on having 400 officers at the event, so one wonders why the same Police made no announcement about the number of officers that it planned for Shatta's event, knowing that it was a free event that was more than likely to draw many patrons.
