You saw that massive crowd because it was FREE, FREE FOOD, FREE MUSIC. Kwame Nkrumah is a world ICON who grace the front page of Times. HE WAS considered world president and leader. SHATTA is just big in Accra and that is cool....Local Champion just like his local.Landlord ...Sonnie never put Kwame in same category like Shatta.....Shatta has not reached anywhere.

As for Sonnie Badu, he always wants to be heard spilling hogwash! Is he really a man of God? And why should you liken the crowds at the just ended festival to Nkrumah's independence day crowd? It stands to reason that he's not focused on his calling to winning souls for Christ and serving by character and actions as a guide to those God has assigned him to. Sonnie Badu is a sycophant, using the name of God to cover up his true identity, because for some time now, he seems to be so drawn towards secular artists than his fellow Gospel artists. Now, that's not to say that it's wrong for him to relate with secular artists, but when he seem to be so engrossed and atimes proffer arguments or reasons for his relationship with the latter, it gives him out as someone who does not understand what it means to be a Believer of Jesus Christ. Sonnie Badu, it's time you take a stand for Jesus Christ, and stop the compromise with the world.
