Dear God,
I admit that I have done things that are against your will for me. Please forgive me for my sins. I believe in my heart that Jesus died and rose again to take away my sin. And I declare Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour.. Please fill me with your Holy Spirit. Thank you for saving me and thank you for hearing my prayer. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Government should rather listen to what this wise woman is saying.

In the Garden of Eden, both Adam and Eve were occupied with tending the garden, and not Adam alone.
This should refute the claim that women were not created to work.

try telling your educated and professional wife to stay home and be a housewife and see the kind of words you'll hear.. seeking equality comes with working too, or did they forget.

It may not be feasible or sustainable to support Motherhood at work places, at the expense of productivity.
The engagement of nannies is quite common in the civilised world, and there should be nothing wrong with soliciting their services. However, there are scoundrels and fiends in society, like to two nannies in the news, whose evil acts should be very severely punished by the Courts, to serve as an effective deterrent to others like them. If the nannies were provided by an organisation, then they could be held accountable for their actions, in a lawsuit.

No one asked the modern day woman to trade homekerping and child upbringing for corporate work. Our mothers used to work jobs like teaching, nursing, and trading (running stores), which gave them ample time to take care of their children and train them well.
How on earth can a mother leave her 3 month old baby (after maternity leave) in the care of her nanny from dusk to dawn in pursuit of corporate work?
You have made your beds, and you have to lie in it. Most Husbands of today still take care of almost all family responsibilities even though their Wives are in corporate work; school fees, food, ultilities, building a house, and even fueling and maintaining the wife's car.
The reason we're seeing the levels of indiscipline, rebellion, drug use, and waywardness on the part of today's youth is cos the running of the home has been left to nannies and maidservants.
It's time to return to our values and the bzsics, else we'll keep reading and hearing more of these harrowing stories.
Peace!

Before others get me wrong, let me state unequivocally that I completely condemn the barbaric behaviour of the two nannies; wickedness, child molestation, and outright cruelty should be severely punished.
If the job conditions ain't good enough, you just leave, instead of subjecting the babies to such cruelty.
My earlier submission sought to explain how we got here, and how to deeal with the current problem by going back tp our values which are biblical anyway.
Peace!

You're advocating for childcare in workplaces, but that can be costly. Very few companies can afford what you're suggesting. It may make sense to ask for at least four months off from work for new mothers. People decide to have children, and it should be their responsibility to provide childcare for their children. Else, the notion of 'equal work equal pay' will mean nothing when those with children are being catered to but not the ones without children.
