  The question isn't who raised them, for these abusers very likely were raised much better than you were raised. The question rather should be, "What got into their heads? What were they thinking?" You can raise children very well till they attain the adulthood, and what they do then usually has no bearing on how they were raised. There may be some exceptions, especially in cases where some parents could barely think for themselves let alone impart any knowledge into the heads of their children. Child abusers, molesters, and rapists must always be punished severely by courts. There ought to be a law requiring all child abuse cases, molesting cases and rape cases to be referred to to the Police for prosecution instead of allowing chiefs to mediate some these incidents.

  You see black man ,you are failed men worldwide .yiu have practically turned all ghanaina files into prostitute,now you no longer spare children .o would blame ghanain women over coddling of sons look at the bad sons you create ,you are hard on the girls ,teach them to worship Ghanaian men but are soft on the boys meanwhike at the end they l target women and children .knowing very well failed ghanaian man have no proper system to protect you . On top too this conquered men are not smart at all.ran down by all races of men in the world .look at the indiscipline how can you ever apply it to community buikding and they are never held accountable .as for you the fathers you never r discipline you are as rotten as your sins and they copy your character and they way you treat your mother .you this men have you seen how you are the bottom of the whole world you have not seen anything yet .yiur future is very bleak .
