Odo Broni is extremely wicked, she started all the trouble, when Lumba died, Akosua Serwaa came in peace but Odo Broni turned everyone against her and they served her a letter that she's not Lumba's wife, she didn't even give them a place to sleep. After she went after Akosua Serwaa, she also decided to put her in a rightful place that's why there's a case in court. The law should judge!

Why do I see people saying she abounded Lumba when he left her behind with little kids to work and care for? I don’t have enough details but could it be that taking care of lumba and caring for little kids was too much for them as a couple that , they came to the conclusion that Lumba will return home to be helped whiles Akosua Serwa stayed back to provide a good future for the kids? It happens all the time abroad.
Also, if Lumba was a citizen as it’s been claimed, why did he not stay in Germany for treatment?
Having said this, the odo lady was there to care for him (which takes a toll on people as caregivers ) so she deserves to be recognized BUT a legal wife takes precedence. In the end, if Lumba had a Will , it will speak though I wouldn’t trust the head of the family in this case.

Akosua Serwaa knows in her heart that the marriage is dead, and she is an ex.-wife.
taking the family to court is the wrongest decision prior to the funeral of the dead.
you cannot desert a spouse when he is sick, and come back to his funeral to claim rights for widowhood.
if Akosua Serwaa has a case, she should have done so when the man was alive.
Odo Obroni do have to explain anything to Akosua Serwaa.
if Lumba was Akosua Serwaa husband, Akosua Serwaa has all the time to take Lumba to court for bigamy and claim any thing she want, if you failed to do the right thing at the time the man was alive, - it becomes silent means consent.
you Akosua Serwaa has consented the divorce that was why you did not claim bigamy from the late Dady lumba.
