Very shameful. This so called lawyer did not cite a single legal reference or case in support of argument. When did Akosua Serwaa submit drinks to the family. At the death, the family head is on record that they only know Akosua Serwaa. Stop the fake news. I think CID should call you to substantiate because you are causing fear and panic in that Daddy Lumba was a popular figure

  How can any lawyer in their right mind declare a subsequent spouse the legal spouse of Lumba when Serwaa has produced a legal document referencing her German civil marriage to Lumba that was still in effect at the time of Lumba's death? Instead proclaiming Broni as the recognized spouse, why can't these layers talk about the validity of Lumba's German marriage to Serwaa? And are these lawyers aware that if it can be proven that Lumba was never divorced from Serwaa when he supposedly married Broni, that the courts in Ghana will likely view him as having committed bigamy?
