They must also agree that the Son is Jehovah in Isaiah 10:21 because the same term is used in both instances, but they'll try to wriggle out of it because they don't love the truth.

2. Also, in Colossians 1 Firstborn does not mean first creation, it means Preeminent, the Son takes 1st place. Just read the full context and you'll see that ALL THINGS in existence were created by the Son (just as by the Father and the Holy Spirit, as mentioned in other places).

3. The Holy Spirit is a person who makes decisions and directs the church Acts 13:2, John 14:16-17. He is not just a force which is why there are scriptures which talk about grieving the Holy Spirit. A force does not experience grief or any other emotion for that matter.

4. Jehovah is not the personal name of God as JWs would have us believe, it is the combination of be letters from YHWH and ADONAI, because the Jewish people were so reverent of God they did not want to mention YHWH hence referred to God and Adonai instead. A latter combination of the two names led to the use of Jehovah. Study it for yourself.

5. Unfortunately, this is not a very good platform for ongoing discussion but I hope you look into the few points I mentioned cuz I'm inclined to think you're JW yourself. The Watchtower is a false institution, not part of the Christian church. Though it may seem harsh to you,it's true. Your attempt to paint true Christians with the same brush as those deceivers is very weak. The fact that there are quack doctors doesn't mean there aren't good licensed doctors. That's a fallacy in your reasoning. It also makes you a slanderer. You can make up all the excuses you want by accusing all Christians, the church etc. it still doesn't make you right with God,not does it change the fact that you will stand before a Holy God to be judged for all your sins. The only way out is for you to repent and put your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ for forgiveness, other than that you'll face the punishment for your sins. Anything contrary to that is adultery, which is condemned in many places in scripture, for example 1 Cor 6:9-10,Rev 21:8. Also,

Hebrews 13
4 Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

The New Testament (Covenant) is that which specifically applies to Christians. The Old Covenant was for the nation of Israel for reasons I cannot go into right now. It's still useful for Christians in many ways but only the moral laws remain applicable cuz they're repeated in the NT.

Even in the OT, the kings of Israel were not to have multiple wives. Thus they weren't to take liberties to do what was not right in God's sight regardless of their position; see Deut 17:17 below. However, God condescended to regulate their society even in their disobedience although it wasn't in line with his standards, Acts 17:30 says God overlooked the times of ignorance. However, after Jesus instituted the new covenant in his blood, there's no more room for any such thing.

Deuteronomy 17:14-17

Even the Catholic church saw it many of its pillars crumble when Martin Luther and Calvin decided to challenge their teachings.
