  The name Ras Luuki is unknown to me. From my in central Africa i only know Evi-edna ogholi, Ishmael Isaac and Alpha Blondy and not forgetting late Ras Kimono all from west africa.

Most Jamaicans are trying their level best to identify with their roots which is Africa ,you hear them say repatriation is a must but how many have moved back to Africa. Those countries they call Babylon are the countries they love to be because there is money there. Anyway you haven't been to Zimbabwe people like Winky D have gone one on one on stage with the likes of Beanie Man, Soldier Luv outclassed some Jamaican artist before he died.
