  Yaa, those of you in the creative arts industry prefer investing in high-end houses, cars, jewels, apparel, etc., etc., instead of joining of individually or partnering to build and own dancehalls, theatres, studios , training schools to promote and own the industry.
  Generally, you actors & actresses have the money and or the resources, so, why what stops you people.
  Your call incessant calls on gov`t to build the facilities is misplaced.
