So what is the job of the CUSTOMS SERVICE? If they can't fish out stolen cars at the harbour, and clear it into our country, shouldn't we be worried as a people? EOCO should investigate the reasons why our borders are so porous. How does a stolen car beat the US border at all? I thought they are the ones who created heaven oo. How can the ordinary GHANAIAN CITIZEN know the item they are buying is a stolen item if the lawful and trusted AUTHORITIES can't even do a due d**gence? Let's be serious in this country!!! STOLEN CARS; SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!!!

The car thieves in the USA and Canada usually have crooked car repair shops there alter the vin numbers to avoid detection of theft, while other shippers are usually able to disguise their vehicles by covering them up in the containers before delivery to the to the USA and Canadian ports. Many car thieves shippers get caught by custom authorities in those two countries, but the public in Ghana usually doesn't get that information. With regards to customs in Ghana, a few crooks at the Ghana ports are getting massively rich by helping the car thieves to get their stolen goods through customs. If the Ghana government is serious about addressing this issue, it will have undercover agents working at the ports to determine who might be engaged in such corrupt practices. That will not happen any time soon, for corrupt Ghana politicians with their private businesses, as well as individuals with money to bribe, are also a part of the goods clearing evasions at the Ghana ports.

I'd rather you stayed off and quiet on any future discussions that'll come up regarding this issue if your intention is to protect Shatta's image. Not even an idiot will pay a whopping $150k to any guy on the street in exchange for a Lambo. Shatta knows he's lying and better cooperate with EOCO or he's going to jail. Nonsense. Shatta Wale is one among many crooks in Ghana who send requests to Ghana criminals in the USA and Canada regarding the luxury vehicles they desire to purchase, knowing damn well that these Ghana car criminals are engaged in the stealing of luxury cars in those countries for shipment to Ghana. Once those cars arrive in Ghana, they're immediately handed over to buyers like Shatta wale to purchase, and the buyers in Ghana will lie through their teeth that they don't know who the sellers are. Quit makin excuses for crooks like Shatta Wale. The same excuses were made for cyber crook Hadjia4Reall when she was arrested and handed over to the USA authorities, only see that crooked woman sing like a canary bird to obtain a sweet heart deal from the USA authorities and spend only a year in prison for her fraudulent actions.

Please stop that sir because you don't go to the street and pay 150k USD fo Lamborghini like gobɛ. Shatta is an international traveller and smart. He knew that car was stolen but did buy it anyway because he wanted to show off and tell every Ghanaian that he's the first to own URUS. Lamborghini's are designed and made differently and not like any other car. It takes about a year to make and ship to owners and dealerships with different codes, trackers and serial numbers. The only way you can steal and ship it to Africa is take out the VIN #'s but can still be tracked and that's why it took a while for the FBI to know where it was. It is a collected car and it is only fools like black celebrities who have money to burn ride them foolishly. Don't you think Shatta knows how much it cost? The duty for that Lamborghini is over 100k USD alone in Ghana so buying it for $150k is beyond my imagination. Shatta is trying to cut a deal because he knows he can be banned from travelling outside to perform and can be on an American watchlist. He came here to the US and purchased a Rolls Royce and they even gifted him a Rolex and a diamond chain. Why? So sir, this can't happen to anybody except you're stupid and ignorant. Some of our celebrities don't want to hire good agents, PR's, insure themselves, retain financial advisors, attorneys etc. They wanna handle things by themselves without discipline and that's why when they get trapped, they think the system hates them. This is absolute stupidity. Period!
