  The man cannot identify whom he bought the vehicle from. The man does not have a "paper" showing he owns the car. Paper is in the name of a convict in the USA. ARE YOU SEEING THE LINK HERE?
  It's clear he is (possibly)in possession of proceeds of crime.

  How was this car registered if it has. With the current system Amuah should have authenticated the the docs by biometrics bfore registration. Most of the DV numbered vehicles in the country are not not not.
