The man cannot identify whom he bought the vehicle from. The man does not have a "paper" showing he owns the car. Paper is in the name of a convict in the USA. ARE YOU SEEING THE LINK HERE?
It's clear he is (possibly)in possession of proceeds of crime.
All Shatta mvnt guys, go back home and tell shatta to live above crime. He can do it.

BEING IN POSSESION OF GOODS FOR WHICH YOU CANNOT ACCOUNT FOR IS BREAKING THE LAW.
"Being in possession of stolen property is a criminal offense that involves unlawfully having goods that you know, or should reasonably suspect, were stolen. The offense typically requires proving the defendant's knowledge or belief that the property was stolen at the time of receipt or possession, which can be inferred from circumstances like receiving the item for far less than its market value. Penalties vary based on the value of the property and the jurisdiction, but can include fines, jail time, or state prison sentences, and may be classified as a misdemeanor or a felony.
Key Elements of the Offense:
1.UNLAWFUL POSSESSION: The defendant must be in possession of property.
2.knowledge of recklessness: The defendant must know the property was stolen, or be reckless as to whether it was stolen. This can be inferred from circumstances:
(a) Receiving the property for significantly less than its market value.
(b) Receiving the property through non-traditional channels.
(c) Being in possession of recently stolen property.
NO EXCUSE OR LAWFUL AUTHORITY: The possession must be without lawful excuse or authority.
***Sadly Shatta Wale appears to tick most of the boxes here.

Fraudsters always pass the ownership of their ill-gotten transactions through many hands and names to hide detection. Unfortunately, they’re too loud.

If the guy won't identify the seller, then he should be charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. Who spends so much money on buying a car and won't know the identity of the seller?
