  Please, my sister, do not marry this man. Your father has lived his life, made his mistakes and it is not your duty or responsibility to pay his debts in this manner. This man, or so-called business partner, knows more about the failed investment than he admits to. Also, in business, we know there will be losses. I would not give him your family's properties, money, and cars. I would keep the family home and one of the cars that is very reliable. Give this man the other two cars and one property and let that be it, but under no circumstances are you marrying him. It is not your debt to settle. If he can not accept that, then tell him to take your father to court and settle the matter there. Also, I find it interesting that he still has money and your father was the only one who lost everything. You can also get the family home placed in your name, along with the good running car as well to ensure he does not take it. Starting over is better than being married to the wrong person or being forced to marry as well. This man may treat you horribly once you marry and feel as if he owns you. Do not accept or marry this man, it is not your debt to pay and God would never ask you to do that. Your father has to give up his possessions and the fact that your father would rather lose possessions and is okay with giving you away to cover his losses his very selfish, evil and not love at all. This is your life and God would not want you to throw away it away like this. So, you will live unhappy, miserable, stressed and be punished for your father's sins and bad business deals. Do not marry that grandfather/old man.
