Adu Boahene will be the best bet to determine if the guy is Ghanaian or not since he has been supplied with stolen luxury vehicles by that USA crook to operate the luxury car rental business that Adu Boahene unceremoniously got rid off once the authorities were on the heels of Ghana buyers of stolen cars shipped from the USA.
